Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD Availability

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders within India. This allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.

COD Token Amount

A non-refundable token amount is required at the time of placing a COD order. This token confirms your purchase intent and helps us reduce order cancellations. The token amount will be adjusted against your total order value.

Payment at Delivery

The remaining balance (total order value minus the token amount paid) must be paid in cash to our delivery partner at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

COD Charges

A nominal COD handling fee may be applicable on COD orders to cover processing costs. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Verification

Our team may contact you to verify your COD order details before processing. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.

Cancellation and Refund

If you need to cancel your COD order:

  • The token amount paid is non-refundable as per our policy
  • Cancellations must be made before the order is shipped
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but the token amount will not be refunded

Return and Exchange

COD orders are eligible for returns and exchanges as per our standard Return Policy. However, the non-refundable token amount will not be returned. Refunds for returned COD orders will be processed as store credit or to your original payment method (for the token amount paid online).

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the order is not accepted after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us, and the token amount will not be refunded.

Important Notes

  • COD is available only for select pin codes within India
  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery for any visible damage
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
  • We reserve the right to refuse COD on certain orders based on our internal risk assessment
